Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate is not just a coder, but a creative problem solver who can build, optimize, and maintain high-performance websites and landing pages for a variety of event experiences, brand campaigns, and marketing objectives. As a Web Developer, you will work closely with our creative, marketing, and project management teams to deliver beautiful, functional, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
The ideal candidate is fluent in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and has experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow. Bonus points if you’re familiar with back-end development or headless CMS frameworks. You’ll play a crucial role in implementing design ideas, optimizing user experience, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
Whether it’s creating immersive event microsites, interactive campaign pages, or scalable web tools, you will have the creative freedom to shape how our clients and audiences interact with digital platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
Implement visual and functional elements from UI/UX designs.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute brand-aligned web experiences.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile compatibility.
Ensure cross-browser functionality and resolve bugs in real-time.
Manage integrations with CRM tools, analytics, and third-party services.
Maintain and update WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
Support e-commerce implementations for branded campaigns.
Ensure all content is compliant with brand guidelines and technical standards.
Troubleshoot server or website issues as they arise.
Contribute ideas and solutions to improve website performance and user experience.
Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and recommend their use when appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
2+ years of proven experience in web development.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, or back-end frameworks is a plus.
Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with Git, version control systems, and development environments.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
