We’re looking for a creative and empathetic UI/UX Designer who brings design thinking into everything they do. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and marketers to conceptualize and design beautiful, intuitive digital experiences—ranging from event microsites and brand platforms to interactive tools and mobile applications.
Your job will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototyping interfaces, and refining visuals that tell a story and improve the user journey. You’ll ensure that the look and feel of our products are visually aligned with the branding and functional for the end user.
The perfect candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and has a strong portfolio showcasing both visual design and UX strategy. You’ll be a key player in bridging creativity with usability, innovation with accessibility.
Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and user flows.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement designs.
Design user interfaces for web, mobile, and internal dashboards.
Conduct UX research (surveys, user interviews, A/B testing).
Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and user-centric.
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions with teams.
Iterate based on feedback and usage analytics.
Maintain a strong focus on improving user engagement and satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Strong command of design software like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices.
Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
