Client Servicing Executive

Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Servicing Executive to be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. You’ll act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their ideas, expectations, and goals are clearly communicated and executed through seamless coordination. Your success lies in your ability to manage relationships, understand business objectives, and deliver exceptional service.

This role involves regular client interactions, project planning, follow-ups, report management, and coordination with creative, production, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, client-focused, and highly organized, with a keen understanding of event dynamics and marketing communication.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.

  • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.

  • Maintain project timelines and keep all parties updated.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

  • Conduct briefing meetings and client calls.

  • Prepare and present project updates, proposals, and post-event reports.

  • Resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to retain business.

  • Understand budgets and scope to prevent overrun or scope creep.

  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities within client accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of client servicing or account management experience.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of events, branding, or agency operations.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comfortable in both face-to-face and virtual meetings.

  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
