Digital Marketer

We’re on the lookout for a results-driven Digital Marketer who thrives in a performance-oriented and creative environment. As part of our event and brand scaling team, you’ll spearhead digital marketing campaigns that support high-profile events, experiential brand activations, product launches, and thought-leadership initiatives.

Your role will be pivotal in crafting and executing data-driven digital strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will work alongside our content creators, designers, and web developers to amplify campaign performance across SEO, paid ads, email, and social media platforms.

You must be comfortable analyzing campaign data, making performance-based decisions, and managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital ecosystem. If you have a keen sense of storytelling and a mind for metrics, this is your opportunity to shine.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across all major channels.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).

  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

  • Manage email marketing workflows using tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Klaviyo.

  • Analyze performance metrics and create reports for campaign improvement.

  • Work with the content team to align messaging across channels.

  • Identify trends and insights to allocate marketing spend efficiently.

  • Oversee landing page optimization and CRO.

  • Coordinate influencer or brand ambassador campaigns where applicable.

  • Ensure marketing materials align with event branding and campaign goals.

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field.

  • 2–3 years of proven digital marketing experience.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).

  • Experience with email marketing and automation tools.

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
