We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Event Production Assistant to support the logistical and technical aspects of event execution. You’ll play an essential on-ground role during setup, breakdown, and real-time event operations—ensuring everything is aligned with the plan. If you love being hands-on, are naturally resourceful, and can stay cool under pressure, this is the role for you.
This position involves working closely with production managers, vendors, and creative teams to help bring complex ideas to life. From managing stage setups and lighting gear to handling backstage logistics and material transport, your contribution ensures the smooth delivery of every experience we create.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in loading/unloading event equipment and décor materials.
Support the physical setup of stages, booths, backdrops, seating, signage, etc.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment placement and installations.
Help manage backstage flow and coordinate cue sheets.
Ensure all technical elements (sound, lighting, AV) are tested pre-event.
Run errands during the event day to handle emergency needs.
Assist in packing and safe dismantling post-event.
Maintain inventory of event equipment and supplies.
Ensure safety and compliance with event layout and execution.
Capture production details and observations for post-event reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
12th pass or diploma in event production or media studies preferred.
0–2 years of relevant experience (internships welcome).
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
Strong team player with a good attitude.
Available to work long hours and travel for events.
Basic knowledge of technical gear like lights, mics, AV preferred.
